Tournament Overview
Format
The tournament will proceed in two rounds: the First Round will be the “group stage”, followed by the “knock-out stage” in the Second Round.
Match duration
50-minute match (comprising two 25-minute halves) with a 10-minute halftime interval. If a match ends in a draw, the match will be a draw.

Ranking determination in the First Round
Teams will be given 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and none for a defeat, and ranked according to the total number of points.
If two or more teams have the same number of points, their rank shall be determined in the following order of precedence:
a) greater number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned
b) goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned
c) greater number of goals scored in the group matches between the teams concerned
d) goal difference in all group matches
e) greatest number of goals scored in all group matches
f) drawing of lots
If a match cannot be held or is canceled for reasons attributable to one of the teams, the match will be recorded as 0 to 3 against the defaulting team.
Match regulations
Regulations follow FIFA Laws of the Game 2024/2025 except for the duration of a match.

No more than 11 persons (5 substitutes, 4 officials, and 2 players who do not play at the relevant match) should be allowed to sit on the substitutes’ bench. These must be the people included in the team roster. Also, only one of the team officials included in the roster will be allowed in the technical area to give out strategic instructions.
A maximum of 5 substitutions from the list of pre-registered 5 players are permitted.
A disciplinary committee will be established for the tournament to handle disciplinary issues. Players who are sent off the field with a red card will not be allowed to play in the next match. The decision on whether the player can participate in subsequent matches will be made by the disciplinary committee.
If a player receives two yellow cards in the First Round, he will be suspended from his team’s next match in either the first or Second Round. If a player receives one yellow card in the First Round, it will not be carried over to the Second Round.
