Consisting of players chosen from Fukushima Prefecture club teams and junior high schools, this team has participated in the tournament for eight consecutive years since the Great East Japan Earthquake. Leading its attacks will be Kota Matsumoto (7), who represented Japan in the 2018 NTC Elite Program, and Nagito Watanabe (6), who represented eastern Japan in the Future Program. “We think that playing careful soccer is the best way to reward the huge amount of support we've received until now,” said the team.
